Gender equality is not just a social issue—it is a strategic opportunity. When European SMEs embrace inclusive practices, they unlock innovation, enhance productivity, and attract diverse talent. Yet, many SMEs face challenges in turning intention into action. Recognising the unique position of clusters in driving this transformation and support their member companies in implementing sustainable and impactful gender equality strategies, the PENELOPE project has taken action over the last two and a half years.
PENELOPE, funded under the Erasmus+ programme, is building new pathways for gender equality in small and medium-sized enterprises by equipping cluster organisations with concrete tools, tested strategies, and inspirational practices. By bringing together industry clusters and SMEs across Europe, the project promotes gender mainstreaming as a lever for competitiveness and growth.
As we approach the final phase of this transformative journey, we are delighted to invite you to an engaging and insightful online conference that will highlight the project’s results and showcase its innovative outputs.
